Founded by Ar. Anand Lunawat and Ar. Rashmi Lunawat, Tailo brings together over a decade of expertise in architecture, interior design, and project execution. Their shared vision has been to create spaces that are not only aesthetically refined but also highly functional, personalized, and enduring.

A Master's graduate in Urban Design from Cardiff University (2010), Anand has been actively practicing since 2011, leading premium architectural and interior projects. His strength lies in crafting sophisticated environments that seamlessly balance design excellence with functionality. As a practising architect with a manufacturer's discipline, he leads Tailo's design and production studio with precision and vision.

This project began with a simple brief: create a home that feels both grand and intimate. The result is a space where deep emerald walls meet warm brass fixtures, and every piece of furniture was designed and manufactured in our facility.
The Tirupati Office project challenged us to create a workspace that feels more like a boutique hotel than a traditional office. Open collaboration zones flow into private focus pods, all unified by a palette of warm oak, charcoal steel, and moss green.
Set against the dramatic backdrop of the Western Ghats, Ivory Villa was designed as a sanctuary from city life. The architecture embraces indoor-outdoor living with floor-to-ceiling glass walls that frame views of the valley.
The Obsidian Loft is a masterclass in industrial elegance. Exposed concrete ceilings and blackened steel beams form the architectural skeleton, while carefully curated lighting transforms the space from dramatic to intimate.
